Dapoxetine trials
Dapoxetine Drug Trials:
The scientific research, trials and manufacture of dapoxetine (Priligy – brand name) was done in the Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research laboratories in the United Sates.
Though initially intended to be developed and marketed as an anti-depressant, further researches and trials proved that dapoxetine is drug that has better use as treatment for premature ejaculation, thus so far, this drug is the only approved medication that is being prescribed for such sexual disorder.
Trials Done:
More recent trials and researches have been done wherein a few men from different parts of the world took dapoxetine in different dosages. One third took a placebo, another third took a 30 mg dapoxetine and the last third group too 60 mg dapoxetine.
The result if the trials showed that those who have taken the placebo have managed to increase their ejaculation time by 1.7 minutes; that is quite an improvement.
The second group of men that have taken dapoxetine in 30 mg dosage was able to increase their ejaculation power by 2.78 minutes, which means three times longer than the first third batch.
The last group of men and those who have taken the 60 mg of dapoxetine of course did that more improvement by lasting for 3.32 minutes, almost 4 times longer than the first batch.
During another research, it was surveyed from the patients that they have had experienced total sexual satisfaction after depoxetine trials. Both the 30 mg and the 60 mg dapoxetines is proven to give instant treatment fro premature ejaculation.
Further trials show that depoxetine is a short-lived drug that has to be taken a few hours before the intercourse. It is not recommended though to take this drug more than once within 24 hours and it should not be taken as a supplement or as permanent treatment for other sexual disorders.
Researches also proved that though there are occurring side effects, depoxetine is quite safe to use. These side effects are minimal are definitely temporary. Depoxetine is a drug that has instant effect that will be also be gone within 24 hours.
Therefore any side effects are sure to be gone after that too. This means that men taking depoxetine do not need to worry about having damaging side effects.
